Core Privacy Guarantee: Your biological sequences (DNA, RNA, and protein constructs) never leave your machine during optimization. All simulated annealing, Codon Adaptation Index (CAI) modeling, Nussinov RNA folding, and restriction site scanning are executed client-side inside a sandboxed Web Worker in your web browser.

1. The In-Browser Computation Architecture

Unlike conventional commercial sequence design suites (e.g., IDT, Twist, Benchling) that transmit nucleotide strings to remote server backends for processing, Logos operates entirely as a static client-side web application. The optimization engine (bioEngine.ts and bioWorker.ts) compiles and runs within your browser's V8 or JavaScriptCore runtime.

2. Sequence Data Handling

Zero Server Ingestion: The core codon optimization workbench does not transmit your amino acid sequences, input DNA, or output optimized transcripts to any Tresslers Group server or third-party cloud database.
Local Storage Only: If you use the workbench's "History" drawer, previous optimization runs are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage). You can clear this history at any time with a single click.
Optional AI Reports: If and only if you explicitly choose to click "Generate AI Clinical Report", a sanitized summary of sequence properties (length, GC percentage, host, and predicted metrics) is sent to our inference gateway. Even in this optional mode, raw proprietary intellectual property sequences are not permanently logged or used for model retraining.

3. Web Analytics and Technical Telemetry

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless telemetry to measure general site traffic, page load speed, and error rates. We do not track individual identity, sell personal information, or share telemetry with advertising brokers.

4. Enterprise Isolation & Offline Mode

Because Logos runs entirely client-side, the workbench can function without an active internet connection once initial assets are cached by your browser. For institutional teams operating under strict air-gapped or confidential disclosure agreements, Logos provides verifiable local execution.
